שבט להבה הינו שבט צופים ישראלי השוכן ופועל בפיירלון, ניו ג’רזי. השבט הוקם בשנת 2000 ורשומים בו חניכים בכיתות אּ-י”ב.
שבט להבה הינו חלק מהנהגת “צבר” של תנועת הצופים העבריים, שבמסגרתה פועלים 28 שבטים ומעל ל 5000 חניכים!!!. בקהילות ישראליות מטורונטו שבקנדה ובכל רחבי ארצות הברית
Shevet Lehava is an Israeli youth group that has operated in Fair Lawn, NJ since 2000. Shevet Lehava serves children from first grade to 12th grade.
Shevet Lehava is part of Tzofim Tzabar, a program run by the Friends of the Israel Scouts, Inc. Tzofim, is a youth movement for Hebrew speaking children in North America and currently operates 26 ‘Shvatim’(chapters) with 4,000 participants in Israeli communities in Canada and the US.
הנהגת צבר היא הגוף המאגד את פעילות שבטי הצופים בצפון אמריקה. מסוף שנות ה90 מקיימת תנועת הצופים פעילות של שבטים ישראלים המתבססת על הערכים והמטרות החינוכיות של תנועת הצופים העבריים בישראל- חינוך לחיים דמוקרטיים, סובלנות, אחריות חברתית, אהבת ארץ ישראל וחיזוק הזהות היהודית והישראלית.
תנועת הצופים הינה תנועת הנוער הישראלית הגדולה בישראל ובארה”ב, תנועה שאינה פוליטית, ואינה מזוהה עם כל מפלגה או זרם דתי
הארגון הציב לעצמו כיעד מרכזי את חיזוק הקשרים בין מדינת ישראל ויהודי צפון אמריקה ומקדם את הקשר של הנוער לישראל באמצעות הקניית ערכים של עבודת צוות, סובלנות, עזרה הדדית וכבוד לאחר
אחת לשבוע מדי יום ראשון מגיעים חניכי הנהגת צבר לשבטים השונים ועוברים פעילות. חינוכית המועברת על ידי מדריכים מהשכבה הבוגרת- תלמידי התיכון בשבט
בכל שבט מרכז בוגר אשר מוביל ומנהל את הפעילות יחד עם ראש\ת השבט וועד הורים מתנדב בקהילה במקום
הפעילות בשבט, מהווה מסגרת חברתית בשפה העברית, שבה נוער מדריך נוער, מעודדת פיתוח מנהיגות, מעורבות חברתית, וקשר למדינת ישראל. זו היא אחת ההזדמנויות היחידות הקיימות לילדים ובני נוער באזור להיות חלק ממסגרת מאורגנת בשפה העברית ולחוות את הקשר לזהות הישראלית שלהם בדרך בלתי אמצעית וחווייתית עם בני גילם
התוכנית השנתית בנוייה על פעילויות שבועיות לפי שכבות גיל, באמצעות משחק, דיונים, פרויקטים תוך שבטיים ובין שבטיים, יום הצופה,טיולים, מחנות עם לינה, טקסים , ציון חגי ישראל, פעילויות ספורט, והכל תוך שמירה על חוויה חיובית, המאתגרת ומדרבנת את הילדים והנוער לחשיבה ולפיתוח קשרים חברתיים במסגרת ישראלית

Tzofim Tzabar is a Zionist Youth movement that encourages its participants to explore different opportunities to take a meaningful part in Israeli and Israeli-American society.
These activities are opportunities that engage children and young adults – members of the Israeli community in North America – in a variety of social and educational Zionist experiences, which help them develop a Jewish, Israeli, and Zionist identity and create a meaningful connection to the State of Israel. The Tzofim Movement is the largest youth group in Israel and the US that is not affiliated with any political party or a religious movement. The organization’s main mission is to strengthen the connection between North American Israeli and Jewish youth to the Land of Israel through leadership development, and personal and social responsibility. The annual program is built on weekly activities by age group, through play and discussions, run by counselors who are in 10th-12th grade. Throughout the year, the chanichim experience activities such as scouting days, overnight camps with accommodation, dedicated ceremonies, marking Israeli holidays, music, sports activities, and more. Some of the activities are done with other Shvatim, from the Northeast, all the way to the whole east coast. All this is done while maintaining a positive, challenging, and stimulating experience.
