Expectations

כל חניכי שבט להבה שכב”ג כיתות י-יב והחניכים כיתות ג-ט מתחייבים לפעול על פי קוד ההתנהגות של השבט:

 כללי התנהגות בשבט להבה

אני מבין שההתנהגות והגישה שלי חשובים מאד להצלחה של שבט להבה. אני מעוניין להיות חלק מפעילות שבט להבה ומבטיח לפעול בהתאם לכללים הבאים:

להיות קשוב לצרכים של כל חברי הקבוצה בשבט ובגדוד.

לפעול לפי ההנחיות שניתנות לקבוצה, לכבד את חברי הקבוצה ולא להפריע לאחרים.

לכבד את המקום בו מתקיימת הפעילות ואת האנשים איתם אני בא במגע לאורך כל זמןהפעילות.

לא לפגוע באחרים באופן מילולי או באופן פיזי, אם פנים אל פנים או ברשתות החברתיות או בקבוצות ווטסאפ, לא להשתמש בשפה מעליבה או בקללות. כולל: לא להרביץ, לירוק, לקרוא לילדים בשמות גנאי באופן מילולי או בכתב

אני מבין שהשימוש בסיגריות, טבק, אלכוהול, סיגריות אלקטרוניות, סמים או כל חומר מסוכן אחר אסור לחלוטין, והשימוש בהם יביא להרחקה מיידית מפעילות השבט.

אני מבין שחל איסור להשתמש בטלפונים סלולריים או בטאבלטים במהלך פעילות צופים,

 אני מתחייב להפקיד את הטלפון הנייד בקופסה המיועדת לכך בתחילת הפעילות ולאסוף אותו משם בסופה.

להשתמש בציוד ובחומרים שצוות השבט מספק לי באופן הולם ובזהירות על מנת לא לגרום נזק לציוד. אני מבין שבמקרה שיגרם נזק לציוד בשל שימוש לא הולם או רצון להשחית, הורי ואני נהיה אחראים לתיקון הנזק.

לנהוג בהתאם לנהלי הבטיחות והכללים שידרשו ממני.

לכבד ציוד ורכוש של חברים אחרים.

להיות אחראי לחפצי האישיים ולציוד שלי. הקבוצה, הגדוד או השבט לא יהיו אחראים לאובדן או נזק לציוד אישי שלי שנגרם בשל הזנחה או שיכחה.

אני מבין שאם אשלח הביתה מוקדם לפני תום פעילות כמו מחנה או טיול בשל התנהגות לא הולמת, ההסעה חזרה הביתה תהיה על חשבונם של הורי.

הצעדים הבאים ינקטו בכל מקרה בהם החניך מתנהג באופן לא הולם ו/או בילד אחר: 

הפרעה ראשונה

החניך יקבל אזהרה על ידי המדריך שלו על ההתנהגות המפריעה ויוצא מהקבוצה לזמן קצר כדי להירגע.

הפרעה שניה:

הילד יוצא מהקבוצה לפרק זמן קצר וההורים יקבלו הודעה על התנהגות הילד

הפרעה שלישית:

הילד יורחק מהמשך הפעילות באותו היום. הנהגת השבט תיצור קשר עם ההורה ותבקש להגיע לאסוף את הילד מהפעילות באופן מיידי.

כל הפרעה נוספת:

הנהגת השבט תיצור קשר עם ההורים והילד יורחק מפעילות השבט, ויוכל לחזור רק בליווי אחד מהוריו במהלך הפעולה

הבאה. על החניכים להיות אחראיים להתנהגותם ולדעת שהתנהגות אלימה או הפרעות לא תתקבל בפעילות הצופים.

Attitude and Behavior

I understand that my attitude and behavior are critical to the success of Shevet Lehava. I acknowledge that I share responsibility for the shevet activities and I agree to abide by the following:

I will be sensitive to the needs of each group (shevet, troop) member.

I will follow all directions promptly and respectfully and I will not disturb others.

I will respect the people and places with whom I come in contact at all times.

I will not physically or verbally harm others, in person or online, and I will not use abusive or profane language. (Including hitting, spitting, and verbal and written name-calling).

I understand that the use of tobacco, alcohol, drugs, cigarettes or e-cigarettes will not be tolerated, and that usage of such substances during any activity will result in expulsion from the activity.

I understand that the use of cell phones or tablets is forbidden during scout’s activities. I will put my cell phone in the designated area at the beginning of every activity and will collect it at the end of it.

I will treat all resources provided for use with care. I understand that I will be assessed damages to any equipment in the event that my use of such equipment is negligent or abusive.

I will use all required safety equipment and follow safety rules and procedures.

I will respect the personal equipment and property of others.

I will be responsible for my personal belongings and equipment and I will not hold my troop / group or the shevet responsible for loss or damage due to my own negligence or neglect.

I understand that if I am sent home early from a meeting or activity due to any serious misconduct, it will be at my parent or guardian’s expense.

Therefore, the following actions will be implemented in all cases where any child behaves inappropriately and/or physically harms another:

First Misconduct:

The child will be given a warning by his/her madrich regarding his/her disruptive behavior and he/she will be removed from the group and the activity for a short cooling period.

Second Misconduct:

The child will be removed from the group and the activity for a short cooling period and the parents will be informed of possible future disciplinary actions.

Third Misconduct:

The child will be permanently removed from the program for the remainder of the day. The parent, or other emergency contacts, will be contacted and will be required to pick up the child immediately.

Any Additional Misconduct:

The parents will be contacted and the child will be suspended from the program unless his/her parents accompany him/her to the next activity. The children should be aware that they will be held responsible for their actions and that inappropriate behavior is never acceptable in our program.
