.שבט להבה הינו עמותה ללא מטרות רווח הממומנת על ידי דמי חבר שנתיים ותרומות

כל הכנסות השבט מועברות ישירות למימון הוצאות השבט ותפעולו. כל בעלי התפקידים בשבט וההורים הלוקחים חלק בתפעול השוטף לאורך השנה עושים את עבודתם בהתנדבות מלאה, פרט למרכזת השבט, שהיא שליחה שהגיעה מישראל.

בשנים האחרונות התייקרו מאוד העלויות של נותני השירותים, הציוד והאוכל. בנוסף בעקבות 10/7 גדל משמעותית תקציב האבטחה. עליית דמי החבר השנתיים אינה מכסה באופן מלא את התייקרות העלויות ולכן אנחנו מחפשים מקורות מימון נוספים שיאפשרו לנו לקיים את המפעלים הרגילים ולהוסיף פעילויות מבלי ליקר את דמי החניך בשיעור גבוה יותר.

חשיפה ופרסום של עסקים מקומיים– שבט להבה מונה כ 100 משפחות ובאירועים הקהילתיים משתפות מאות משפחות מפיירלון והסביבה. זו חשיפה נהדרת לעסקים מקומיים. השנה לראשונה יצרנו תוכנית ספונסרים מסודרת הכוללת מגוון אפשרויות; מימון פעולה, מימון אירוע, חולצות/סווצ’רים למחנות ועוד.

שעות התנדבות – ברוב האירגונים הגדולים יש ​ matching לשעות התנדבות. התנדבות בצופים מתאימה לקטגוריה​.אם באירגון שאתם עובדים בו יש תוכנית כזו דברו איתנו ונעזור לכם עם המסמכים הנדרשים​.

Shevet Lehava is a non-profit organization funded by annual membership fees and donations. All the tribe’s income is directly used to cover the tribe’s expenses and operations. 

All role holders in the ​S​hevet and the parents who take part in the ongoing operations throughout the year do so on a fully voluntary basis, except for the tribe coordinator, who is an emissary from Israel. In recent years, the costs of service providers, equipment, and food have significantly increased. 

Additionally, following the events of 10/7, the security budget has risen substantially. The increase in annual membership fees does not fully cover the rising costs. Therefore, we are seeking additional funding sources to allow us to continue our regular activities and add new ones without significantly raising the member fees.

How can you help?

Donation

• Exposure and Advertising of Local Businesses: Shevet Lehava consists of about 100 families, and community events involve hundreds of families from Fair Lawn and the surrounding area. This is a great exposure opportunity for local businesses. This year, for the first time, we created a structured sponsorship program that includes a variety of options such as funding activities, events, shirts/sweatshirts for camps, and more.

  • If you or someone in your social or family circle has a local business and is interested in our sponsorship program, please refer them to Dorit via email: Sponsorshipshevetlehava@gmail.com. 

  • If you know of any businesses in the community that might want to advertise themselves, please let us know, and we will reach out to them directly.

• End-of-Fiscal-Year Donations: If you work in large organizations, we would be happy if you could add the tribe to your organization’s matching list.

• Scholarships: If you know of organizations that provide scholarships to Jewish organizations involved in education, please share this information with us, and we will contact them.

• Volunteer Hours: Most large organizations offer matching for volunteer hours. Volunteering with the Tzofim (Scouts) fits into this category. If your organization has such a program, talk to us, and we will help you with the required paperwork.
